Software Updates
To download the latest Software Update, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Install V6.8 (6.8.1.658) link.

  • Added Location sort option to the ‘Week Calendar Summary by Location’ report
  • The ‘Document’ tab color will change to red when there are documents for that event (as with the ‘Comments’ tab)

  • The Package subtotal was not resetting for every event when printing the ‘Confirmation Sheet’ report for multiple events
  • ‘Could not update, currently locked’ error sometimes occurring when editing the setup account codes
  • Catering items that were not part of packages were not being included in the totals of the ‘Confirmation Sheet’ report

  • When selecting the ‘LocCode’ field in the Lobby Display, it was displaying the location description
  • When editing individual room information in the Accommodation Wizard, the reservation record was not being updated
  • Users were able to create circular company discount rules in setup, causing the program to freeze when adding an item belonging to one of the discount groups
  • The ‘Event Confirmation Sheet’ and the ‘Event Confirmation Sheet – Chronological’ reports were incorrectly using cash bar beverage items when totaling

  • User field date drop-downs were not respecting the ‘First Day of the Week’ system setting when displaying the date selector
