EventPro Software is Going - and Staying - Green |

Today, companies realize that they must take part in protecting the environment. At EventPro Software, we have been following environmentally friendly practices for years, without necessarily thinking of them as "green". For example, we have been web-conferencing in place of travel when feasible, and providing our software via internet download instead of CD. We have reduced the amount of paper we use by introducing e-brochures for marketing, printing limited amounts of promotional material on demand only, and proving user manuals online. Our office management system has also been set up to store and share documents without needing to print them.
Now, we have decided to formally recognize our green actions. We have implemented new Green Initiatives, with the goal of reducing our impact on the environment. Special Bulletin from EventPro Support |

To ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of service in the fastest time possible, EventPro Software Support has reviewed and revamped its procedures. Beginning May 10, 2010, all incoming support issues will be routed through a Support Receptionist and entered into a Support Queue before being assigned to a Technical Support Representative.
This guarantees that issues receive the same prompt and dedicated attention from our Support team whether you call, email or leave a voice mail. Emails are checked several times per hour, and voice mails are automatically converted into emails by our phone system so that they receive equal attention.
This new procedure ensures the best quality of service for each support issue. Support Receptionists will monitor and organize the intake of support requests so that Technical Support Representatives can dedicate their full energy and attention to resolving technical support issues as quickly as possible. This does not mean you are stuck talking to an automated phone service! If you want to speak with a real person, our Technical Support Representatives will be happy to return your call and guide you through the issue resolution.

30th Annual ACCED-I Conference |

Account representative, Troy Wruck, will be attending the 30th Annual ACCED-I (Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors-International) Conference in Louisville, KY, March 21-24, 2010. The ACCED-I represents over 1,600 campus professionals who design and plan conferences and special events on college campuses. The conference is a great networking environment and offers a variety of special interest sessions. If you're planning to attend, we’d love for you to stop by the EventPro booth, Booth #5, and say hi! It's always a pleasure to connect face-to-face with existing clients and old acquaintances.

User Manual Updated |

Don’t forget to consult the EventPro User Manual for the software help you need. The manual has just been updated to be current with Version 6.10.1.694. If you use Online Help, you will automatically access the latest version of the manual. If you use Local Help in the program, go to the program now, click on the Help menu and select Download and Update Local Help.
Once you have opened the manual, refer to the section called “What’s New in Help”. It will direct you to the sections of the manual that explain how to use the latest new and enhanced features.
