The ACCED-I represents over 1,600 campus professionals who design and plan conferences and special events on college campuses. The conference is a great networking environment and offers a variety of special interest sessions. Don’t forget to consult the EventPro User Manual for the software help you need. The manual has just been updated to be current with Version 126.96.36.1994. If you use Online Help, you will automatically access the latest version of the manual. If you use Local Help in the program, go to the program now, click on the Help menu and select Download and Update Local Help.
Once you have opened the manual, refer to the section called “What’s New in Help”. It will direct you to the sections of the manual that explain how to use the latest new and enhanced features.

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the New Features, Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Install V6.10 (188.8.131.524) link.
In order to access Software Updates, you must have an annual Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@EventPro.net or call (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of EventPro Software.
Event categories can now be assigned a set of account codes that will override any specific item account codes when an event is assigned to that category
Added the General Notes column to the Event Attendee grid
The location selection grids are now able to be sorted in the Resource Copy Wizard

Error occurring when trying to merge 'Accommodation Reservation' fields for an attendee

The ‘Banquet Event Order’ report was not printing in the correct order when using the default sort
Event Booths were not being updated when using the ‘Update Events’ option in the Setup Resource Item area
Could not sort by certain fields in the All Contacts tab in the Company/Contact area
Locations were not being displayed under the correct event when printing the ‘Confirmation Sheet’ report for multiple events
The quick set in the location filter was not setting dates properly in some cases
Error occurring in the Event Purge
Users couldn’t change the Location Setup Type in the Location Update if that location was invoiced
The ‘Event Calendar Week (Location)’ report was not displaying restrictions properly
When editing a letter template in the Mail Merge, the Merged Text tab was not merging the text properly
The ‘Date Format When Merging Data’ system setting was not being applied when inserting the current date or date/time in label/letter templates
The ‘Location Setup Comments’ and ‘Location General Comments’ options in the New Copy Booking Wizard were not working properly
Error occurring in the ‘Location Availability’ report when filtering for a day of the week and printing to screen
Street addresses of more than one line were printing over the city of a company in the ‘Event List’ report
The Company/Contact filter was not including null values when using the ‘does not contain’ or ‘does not equal’ options
When printing labels for selected Exhibitors, the program was printing labels for all Exhibitors, not just the selected ones
Users who didn’t have ‘Access Event’ rights were able to get to the Event screen from other areas of the program
