Previously we were using a DOS based functions software which could no longer be supported by our servers. The transition from our old functions software to EventPro was extremely smooth, from the pre-implementation stage right through to installation and training. The system is very user friendly and intuitive to the point where new staff members seem to be able to use the system competently after a couple of days.
Over the years I have been particularly impressed with the level of technical support I have received from the EventPro team. Most of the technical issues I have been able to resolve myself but on the rare occasion when I have needed telephone support, I have got through and had the problem solved within 15 minutes. Once when the Sydney office could not fix the problem, the Canadian Head Office rang me back and sorted the issues out within the hour. This is what I would call exceptional customer service.
