The New, Edit, View and Delete buttons are standardized throughout EventPro. You will see these buttons, sometimes in combination with other buttons and sometimes more than once, along the right side of many screens and windows.

To edit, view or delete a record, follow these instructions:
1.Find the record you want to edit, view or delete. If the record is in a selection grid, click to highlight the record you want to edit, view or delete.
2.Click the corresponding edit, view or delete button. To edit, you can also double-click the record directly in the selection grid.
a.Edit: The corresponding [Edit] window will appear. Make your changes and click Save.
b.View: The corresponding [View Only] window will appear. This window allows users to view the information, without the ability to edit or delete it. When you are done viewing the information, click Close.
c.Delete: The Confirm dialog box asks if you are sure you want to delete. IMPORTANT: Ensure that you clicked the correct Delete button! Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the record.
3.NOTE: If the screen is divided into more than one section and contains more than one Edit, View or Delete button, ensure that you click the Edit, View or Delete button directly to the right of the selection grid or section of the screen containing the record.
