EventPro’s Enquiry module allows you to track potential clients interested in your facility.  Rather than creating and cancelling a tentative booking every time a prospective customer shows interest in booking your facility, the Enquiry module allows you to collect and store all of the relevant information about the customer in a specialized “Enquiry”. When the prospective customer decides to book your facility, you can turn the enquiry into an actual booking that uses the pre-entered data, instead of having to manually re-enter all of the customer’s information.

The Enquiries Module is an optional module in EventPro.  If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens.  If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Enquiries Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.
