Exporting Exhibitors

In the Event Maintenance screen, find the event containing the Exhibitors you want to export.

Click on the Exhibitors tab, the View Exhibitors tab and the Exhibitor List View sub-tab.

You can either export selected exhibitors or all of the exhibitors you see in the selection grid.

1.If you want to export all exhibitors, you do not need to select or filter any.
2.You can multi-select specific exhibitors by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the desired exhibitors.
3.You can also limit the number of exhibitors you see in the selection grid by setting a filter (refer to Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter).

1.Click the Detail Options button to the right and select Export.  The Exhibitor Export Wizard will open.

2.In the next screen, choose whether you want to export just the Selected Records or All.  Note that “All” here refers to all of the exhibitors visible in the selection grid.
3.Click Next.

1.In this screen, you will choose which fields you want to export.

2.If you have any previously saved templates, you can choose one from the Template drop-down list.
3.If you are not using a template or want to add new fields to the template, select export fields under Fields to Export on the left side of the window and transfer them into the Export Column Names on the right side of the window by clicking the > arrow or double-clicking on the fields.
4.To change the names of the fields you are exporting, click on the field under Export Column Names and press Enter.  Type in a new name and press Enter again.
5.To change the order of the fields in the Export Column Names area, click on a field and drag and drop it into a new position.
6.To remove fields from the Export Column Names area, double click the field or select the field and click the < arrow.
7.When you have selected and edited all of the fields you want to export, you can save the template if you wish.  Click the Save Template button.  Enter a name for the template and click OK.
8.After you have saved the template, or if you do not want to save the template, click Next.

1.In the next screen, the CSV (Comma Separated Values) File option will be selected.

2.Click the Open icon next to the Export File field.  Find the folder in which you want to save the data.  Type in a File Name and click Save.
3.Click Finish.
4.In the Confirm dialog, click Yes to complete the export.
