Invoices for Individual Attendees

| 1. | In the Event Maintenance screen, click the Attendees tab and click the View Attendees tab. |
| 2. | Find and select the Attendee that you want to bill. |
| 3. | Click the Finance tab in the bottom section of the screen. |

| 4. | Click the Invoices sub-tab and click the Create button to the right. |
| 5. | The Invoice Wizard opens. |

| 6. | From here, you can follow the instructions from Chapter 4: Finance (Invoices/Payments), Invoices. The process will be essentially the same, although there will some differences because you are creating an invoice for the registration charges for an attendee, not the charges for an entire event. For example, you will not be able to choose from the Groups and Sub-Groups, as you can when creating event invoices. If you create an automatic attendee invoice, the items pulled into the invoice will be the registration charges for the attendee (and for other attendees if their expenses are billed to the current attendee). See the attendee’s Registration Details tab. |

| 7. | Also, if you edit the Bill To information of the invoice, you can choose whether you want to direct this invoice to a different Attendee or a Company/Contact. When you arrive at the Invoice Review page of the Invoice Wizard, click the Edit button in the upper right corner. In the Invoice [Edit] window, select an option from the Bill To drop-down list and select the individual by clicking the ellipsis. |
