EventPro filters your attendees in a basic way by grouping them under sub-tabs generated by the Attendee Types you define.  These List-View Attendee Type sub-tabs are located to the right of the All sub-tab under the Attendees tab.

You can quickly filter the attendees by Status under these List-View sub-tabs by clicking on one of the colored boxes at the bottom of the selection grid.  EventPro will filter the list to show only the attendees of the corresponding status.  That filter continues to apply if you click on the other sub-tabs.  To remove the filter, click the Total box at the bottom of the selection grid.   The full list of attendees for the sub-tab will re-appear.

To create a more sophisticated filter within the any of the sub-tabs under the Attendees tab, use the Filter Criteria window.

1.Find the event to which the Attendee is attached in the Event Maintenance screen.
2.Click on the Attendees tab, the View Attendees tab and the sub-tab containing the list of attendees you want to filter.
3.Click the Filter button to the upper right and select Set.
4.The Filter Criteria window will open.
5.Follow the instructions in Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter to create a filter.
6.Your list of attendees will now be filtered.

The filter you create will apply globally, to all sub-tabs and to any other event you view in the Event Maintenance screen until you clear the filter or leave the screen.  Therefore, it is important to remember to clear the filter when you are finished with it to avoid any confusion (it may appear as if attendees are missing, when in fact they are simply filtered from your view). Click the Filter button to the upper right and select Clear Filter to remove the filter.
