Add Registration Groups to Multiple Attendees

1.Click on the Attendees tab and the View Attendees tab in the Event Maintenance screen.
2.Click on a List View sub-tab, but not the All tab.  The attendees to whom you are adding registration groups must all be of the same attendee type.

3.Multi-select the attendees you want to register in the same group(s).  If you want to register all visible attendees, you do not have to select any.
4.Click the Detail Options button and select Multi-Add.
5.In the dialog box, choose whether you want the registration group(s) to apply to Selected Attendees or All Attendees and click OK.
6.The next dialog box will ask whether you want to abort auto add if the registration limits are exceeded.  Click Yes or No.
7.The Registration Item Selection window appears.  Select the registration group(s) in which these attendees will be registered, following the instructions in Register Attendees above.

8.Click Save.
