Editing, Viewing or Deleting Package Configurations

1.Select Setup | Resources | Package Configuration from EventPro's main menu.
2.Ensure you have selected the Effective Date you want to work from.  See the instructions for Effective Dates above at Step 9: Resources, Effective Dates for Resources.
3.To edit, view or delete general information about the Package Configuration:
a.Click to highlight the package item code from the top selection grid.
b.Click the Edit, View or Delete button in the upper right corner of the top grid.
4.To edit setup, staffing, catering and/or beverage items within a package configuration:
a.Click to highlight the package item code in the top selection grid.
b.Click on the Setup, Staffing, Catering or Beverages tab in the bottom selection grid.
c.Click to highlight the relevant item or configuration.
d.Click the Edit, View or Delete button to the right of the bottom grid.
5.The general process for editing, viewing or deleting is similar for most records, so you can refer to Introduction: Common Functions, Edit, View and Delete from this point.
