Attendee Registration Rate Codes
Here, you will define all of the standard rate codes that could apply to the registration packages or groups you later create for attendees. Before adding these rate codes, you may want to review the explanation of registration packages under Chapter 5: Attendees, Attendee Registration.
When you tab down from the Rate Code field, the Description field will default to the rate code except without all capital letters, but you can alter this if you prefer.

Under Options, check the Auto Lookup checkbox if you want EventPro to automatically assign the new rate when the criteria you enter for the rate code are fulfilled.

Check the Discountable checkbox if you want to be able to apply discounts to this rate.
Under Company, choose a Category or Categories from the drop-down lists to indicate which companies this rate will apply to. <ANY> means the rate will apply to any company.

Under Attendee, chose the Type of attendee to which this rate will apply from the drop-down list. <ANY> means the rate will apply to any attendee type.

Under Time, in the Days Before field, choose the number of days before the start date of the event by which the attendee must register in order to receive this rate.

Remember that you can also add rate codes for each function within the Registration Package, as discussed above, under Attendee Function Rate Codes.

When you have entered all of the information you need for the rate code in the Rate Code [New] window, click Save.

The rate code will be added to the selection grid. Continue adding as many rate codes as you need.
