Hotel Room Types
Under Hotel Room Types, you can describe the types of rooms available in the hotels you have in your Company/Contact database.
1.
Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu. From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Hotel Room Types.

Click the New button in the upper right corner.

In the Hotel Room Type[New] window that appears, enter a brief description of the room type, such as “Double - Executive,” “Double-Standard,” or “Suite-Jacuzzi.”
4.
Click Save. Continue this process until you have defined all of the Hotel Room Types that you think you will need.
