Hotel Room Types

Under Hotel Room Types, you can describe the types of rooms available in the hotels you have in your Company/Contact database.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu.  From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Hotel Room Types.
2.Click the New button in the upper right corner.
3.In the Hotel Room Type [New] window that appears, enter a brief description of the room type, such as “Double - Executive,” “Double-Standard,” or “Suite-Jacuzzi.”
4.Click Save.  Continue this process until you have defined all of the Hotel Room Types that you think you will need.
5.To Edit, View or Delete Hotel Room Types, see Edit, View or Delete General Lookup Tables below.
