If you have purchased the Enquiry module, you can set up Enquiry Sources to group enquiries according to the different methods by which the enquiries were made and generated.  For example, not only can you create sources that define the method of communication, such as “Email” and “Phone Call”, but you can also create more detailed source types that explain what motivated the customer to enquire, such as "Brochure", "Website", or "Word of Mouth".

For more information about the Enquiries Module, see Chapter 8: Enquiries.  The Enquiries Module is an optional module in EventPro.  If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens.  If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Enquiries Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu.  From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Enquiry Source.
2.Click the New button in the upper right corner.
3.In the Enquiry Source [New] window that appears, enter the name of the source.
4.Click Save. Continue this process until you have defined all of the Enquiry Sources that you think you will need.  You can always return later to add more enquiry sources.
