In the Status Codes screen, you will define the status levels used by your facility for Actions, Attendees, Enquiries, Events and Restrictions.

You can add new statuses at any time after you have completed the entire setup, but be aware that this will affect your User Rights.  If you add a new status after you have assigned user rights, no user will have the rights to use that status.  You must go back into user rights and assign the right to use that status to the appropriate users. Therefore, it is ideal to set up all of your statuses at the beginning of the setup procedure.  See Step 10: User Rights for more details on user rights.
