Recalculate Events

This tool does not search for changes in prices in your database and update the event charges based on those new prices.  It simply ensures that the net event charge is properly calculated from the quantities and prices.  You will rarely, if ever, need this utility.  You only have to use this utility if, under unusual circumstances, you suspect event totals are incorrect and want to ensure that they have been calculated correctly.

1.From EventPro’s main menu, select Utilities | Recalculate Events.
2.You can either recalculate a single event or all events that appear in the Recalculate Events window.
3.To recalculate a single event, click to highlight the event in the selection grid.  If you want to recalculate multiple events, but not all of the events in the selection grid, set a filter by clicking the Set Filter button in the lower left corner.  See Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter to learn how to create a filter.
4.Click the Recalculate button in the lower right corner of the Recalculate Events window.
5.Choose a Recalculation Option – Single Event or All (Filtered) Events – and click OK.
