Room Restrictions
| 1. | Select Setup | Accommodations | Rooms from EventPro’s main menu. |
| 2. | Choose the location in which you want to work from the Location drop-down list. |
| 3. | Select the Room Group containing the room to which you want to add a restriction. |
| 4. | Select the Room from the middle selection grid. |
| 5. | Click the New button to the right of the Restrictions tab in the bottom section of the screen. The Room Restriction [New] window opens. |

| 6. | Enter a Description of the restriction, i.e. the reason that the room is unavailable. |
| 7. | Choose the From Date and To Date of the restriction from the drop-down calendars. |
| 8. | Choose a Conflict Level from the drop-down list to determine if or whether a user can book the accommodation room over the restriction. |
| a. | Full: You will not be able to book a conflicting reservation. Once a restriction with a “Full” conflict level setting is in a time slot, nothing else can use that time slot. |
| b. | Warn: EventPro will warn you of any booking conflict, but will not prevent the accommodation reservation. |
| c. | Ignore: Restrictions of this conflict level will not be considered when EventPro performs a conflict check, so the user will be able to book a reservation that conflicts with a restriction. |
| 9. | Under Options, select the checkboxes to indicate whether you want the Restriction to appear on the Accommodation Calendar in the Year, Month, Week and/or Day view. |
| 10. | Click Save. |
