Find an Accommodation Reservation

1.In the Accommodations screen, click on the Find button to the upper right.
2.The Find RESERVATION window opens.  To review how to search in a Find window, see Introduction: Common Functions, Finding a Record.

Remember that if accommodation Reservations are linked to events, you need to have viewing rights to at least one location in the linked events in order to view those Accommodations Reservations; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.

3.Select the relevant reservation from the bottom grid and click OK.
