Editing, Viewing and Deleting Room Groups, Rooms and Restrictions |

| 1. | Select Setup | Accommodations | Rooms from EventPro’s main menu. |
| 2. | Choose the location in which you want to work from the Location drop-down list. |
| 3. | Select the record you want to edit, view or delete: |
| 4. | Room Group: |
| a. | Click to highlight the room group in the top selection grid. |
| b. | Click the Edit, View or Delete button across from the top selection grid. |
| c. | NOTE: If you delete a room group, the Confirm box will warn you that you will delete all related items under this group. If you want to continue with deleting the group and rooms, click OK. You will not be able to delete a room group if a room in the group has been used in a reservation. |
| 5. | Room: |
| a. | Click to highlight the correct room group in the top grid and select the room from the bottom selection grid. |
| b. | Click the Edit, View or Delete button across from the bottom selection grid. |
| c. | NOTE: You will not be able to delete a room if it has been used in a reservation. |
| 6. | Restrictions: |
| a. | Click to highlight the correct room group in the top grid and select the room from the middle selection grid. |
| b. | Select the restriction in the Restrictions tab. |
| c. | Click the Edit, View or Delete button across from the Restrictions tab. |
