Reply to Communication

You will note that the Reply button is only available for communications that have been assigned from emails. Refer to Assigning Emails to Communications above.
| 1. | Select the communication to which you want to reply and click the Reply button. |
| 2. | The Event Communication [New] window appears. |

| 3. | The Subject of the communication will appear as RE: Original Subject, and the Original Message will appear in the notes area. Enter the additional information and notes you need. Send or save the communication as usual, referring to Sending/Recording a Communication if necessary. |
