Moving Resource Items
If you accidentally create a resource item in the wrong sub-group or category, you do not have to delete the item and re-create it in the correct sub-group or category. You can simply move it to the correct sub-group or category.
1.
Select Setup | Resources | Items from EventPro’s main menu.
2.
Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.
3.
Click on the tab and select the sub-group or category that contains the resource item record you want to move.
4.
Hold down the Ctrl key and drag-and-drop the resource item onto a different sub-group or category. Alternatively, you can right-click on the resource item and select Cut. Right-click on the sub-group or category to which you want to move the item and select Paste.
5.
The resource item will be moved to the new sub-group or category.
