In order to change the appearance and contents of a report, you need to edit it in the Report Designer.

This section will describe the various functions of EventPro's Report Designer.

Remember that you cannot customize existing hard-coded reports directly.  You must create a copy of the report first and modify the copy.  To review how to create a copy of a report, see Modify Existing Reports from Report Menu and Modify Existing Reports from Report Explorer.
