You can re-sort records listed in a selection grid by clicking on the column header by which you want to sort them.

Click on the header a second time to reverse the order of the items.

You will note that the record you selected before sorting the grid remains selected even as the order of the records change.

The small red arrow in the column header indicates the direction in which the records are sorted.

In the example below, the user has clicked on the Book # column header to sort the list of events by their booking numbers, in ascending and then descending order.

To sort by more than one column header, click the first header by which you want to sort.

Then, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the other headings in the order by which to sort.

In the example below, the user first sorted the events by Status, and then clicked Book #, so that after the events are grouped by status, they will next be ordered by booking number. In the example, all Confirmed events appear in order of booking number at the top of the list, the next group of events will be grouped by the next status and ordered by booking number within that status, and so on.
