Linked Criteria with Attendees, Exhibitors, Companies and Contacts
Linked Criteria allows you to filter attendees and exhibitors by registration groups they are or are not registered in, or communications sent or not sent to them. It also allows you to filter companies and contacts by communications sent or not sent to them.

After you have selected criteria (if any) in the Attendee, Exhibitor, Contact or Company tab, go to the Communications tab or the Registrations tab (attendees and exhibitors only).

In the Communications tab or the Registrations tab, select the criteria that the communication or registration must meet.

Return to the Attendees, Exhibitors, Company or Contact tab. If you want to view attendees or exhibitors who are registered for the indicated registration group or to view attendees, exhibitors, contacts or companies who have received a communication matching your selected criteria, select Include from the Linked Criteria drop-down list.

If you want to view attendees or exhibitors who do not have matching registrations or to view attendees, exhibitors, contacts or companies who did not receive communicationsmatching your selected criteria, select Exclude from the Linked Criteria drop-down list. For example, if you want to view attendees who did not receive an “Invitation”, you would select the Communication Reference of “Invitation” in the Communications tab and select Exclude from the drop-down list in the Attendees tab.

Select Unspecified if you do not want to filter Attendees, Exhibitors, Contacts or Companies by communications or registrations.

Note: If you select criteria under the Communications or Registrations tab, but do not select Include or Exclude in the Attendee, Exhibitor, Contact or Company tab, the communication or registration criteria are meaningless. When filtering Attendees by communications or registrations, you must select Include orExclude to link the communication criteria to your filter.
