Forward Communication

1.To forward a communication, click to highlight the communication and click the Forward button.
2.The Event Communication [New] window appears.

3.The Subject of the communication will appear as FW: Original Subject, and the original message will appear in the notes area below.  If you are in the Enterprise Edition (SQL) of EventPro, and you saved any attachments with the original communication, the attachments will also be attached to this forwarded communication.  If you are currently running the Standard edition and you are interested in upgrading to the Enterprise Edition, feel free to contact your nearest Sales Representative for more information.
4.Enter the additional information and notes you need for the communication.  Send or save the communication as usual, referring to Printing/Sending/Recording a Communication if necessary.
