In the Find Space page, you can search for available locations in which to make event bookings.
Remember that the settings for this page, including the visibility of the Find Space button and the results per page, are set up in EPWeb Configuration under General Settings: Find Space.
1.To search for available space, enter your search information in whichever of the fields are applicable to your search: Location Group, Location, Date From, Date To, Time From, Time To, Capacity Required. If you require specific features in the space, select the checkboxes next to the Features you require.
2.If you want to erase a selection you made in the Location Group or Location drop-down, click the applicable Clear button to the right.
3.Click Find Space. If any available locations match your search criteria, the results will appear below.
4.Click the Reset button to clear your search criteria and results, and to start over.
5.In the Search Results, there are two buttons to the right of each location: View and New. (Remember that your ability to access locations will depend on your Online Rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 6: Company/Contact, Entering a New Company: Online Rights. and Entering a New Contact: Online Rights.)
Click the View button to view information about the selected Location. Scroll down to see all of the information available.
When you are done viewing the location, click the X in the upper right corner of the Location View window to return to the Find Space search results.
Click the New button next to a selected location to begin a New Booking in that location.
The Booking Wizard will begin, unless you are trying to create a booking or enquiry that is outside the minimum lead time or maximum advance booking time.
In the EPWeb Configuration, you would have defined a Minimum Hours Lead Time and a Maximum Advanced Booking Days under General Settings: New Booking.
