You can begin a new booking in EPWeb by clicking the New Booking button at the top of the EPWeb pages.

Remember that the visibility of the New Booking button depends on the settings in General Settings: New Booking in the EPWeb Configuration.

Remember that you can also start a New Booking from two other places in EPWeb:

•The Calendar page (if you have selected the Allow Bookings from Calendar checkbox in the Configuration. See Configuring EPWeb Version 4, General Settings: New Booking.)

•The Find Space page (if you have selected the Show New Booking checkbox in the Configuration. See Configuring EPWeb Version 4, General Settings: New Booking.)

Also, if you edit an event from the Search page, the booking wizard in which you make changes is the same as the New Booking wizard.

 

The New Booking Wizard will go through the following pages:

•Welcome (depending on your settings)

•Event Information

•Location Information

•Event Resources

•Summary

•Booking Successful

•You will be able to Print the booking summary and you may be able to Pay Now at the end of the Booking Wizard (depending on your settings).
