Copying Rates to Locations

After you have assigned a location rate to a location, defining the rate, criteria and charges, you can copy that rate to multiple locations without having to enter the same information multiple times.

1.Select Setup | Location | Location Rates from Event Pro’s main menu.
2.Select the appropriate Location Group from the Location Group drop-down list and click on the relevant Location.
3.Select the effective date from the Effective Date drop-down list between the top and bottom selection grids.  Review the instructions above under Applying Location Rates to Locations: Effective Dates for Location Rates, if required.
4.Click on the Rate Code you want to copy in the bottom selection grid. Click the Copy To Location button to the right.
5.The Setup Location List window appears.  Select the location to which you want to copy the rate, or hold down the Ctrl key and multi-select several locations.  Click OK.

6.The Information dialog will inform you that the copy is complete. Click OK.
