1.To check for web bookings back in EventPro, go to the File menu. Select Web Notifications.

2.In the window, select the Web Bookings tab. The selection grid will display bookings of the Online Status or Online Callback Status defined in System Settings (see 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events: EP WebSuite Options). These online bookings were made in EP WebSuite; review Create a New Booking in EP WebSuite.

3.Note that your ability to view Web Bookings will depend on your Location Viewing Rights. To view an event, you must have viewing rights to at least one location in the event. See 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.

4.To go to an event in the Event Maintenance screen, select the event and click Go To Event.

5.If you are done viewing the events, click OK to close the Web Bookings window.

6.Events will be removed from the Web Notifications dialog after someone changes the status of the event to something other than the Online Status or Online Callback Status defined in System Settings (see 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events: EP WebSuite Options).
