Filtering Clients

| 1. | Click on the Company/Contact button to open the Company/Contact screen. |
| 2. | Choose the tab in which you want to set a filter, depending on whether you want to filter companies or contacts. |
| 3. | Click the Filter button to the right and select Set Filter. |
| 4. | The Filter Criteria window will open. |

| 6. | Your filter will now apply to all of the tabs in the Company/Contact screen until you clear the filter or move to another EventPro screen. |
| 7. | When you no longer need the filter, you will probably want to clear it to avoid any confusion when viewing your companies and contacts (it may appear as if customers are missing, when in fact they are simply filtered from your view). Click the Filter button and select Clear Filter to remove the filter. |
