Find and Filter Exhibitors

1.Click on the Exhibitors tab and then the View Exhibitors tab in the Event Maintenance screen.
2.Choose the sub-tab in which you want to find an exhibitor: Single Exhibitor View or Exhibitor List View.
3.Click the Find button to the right.
4.The Find EXHIBITOR/CONTACT window opens.
5.To review how to search in a Find window, see Introduction: Common Functions, Finding a Record.

6.Select the exhibitor or contact in the selection grid and click OK.
7.If you are in the Single Exhibitor View, the exhibitor’s information will be displayed in the fields.  If you are in the Exhibitor List View, the red arrow will point to the exhibitor in the selection grid.

1.Click on the Exhibitors tab and then the View Exhibitors tab in the Event Maintenance screen.
2.Choose the sub-tab in which you want to filter exhibitors: Single Exhibitor View or Exhibitor List View.
3.Click the Filter button to the right of the upper section of the screen and select Set Filter.

4.The Filter Criteria window will open.
5.Follow the instructions in Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter to create a filter.

6.Your filter will now apply in to both sub-tabs until you clear the filter or move to another EventPro screen.
7.When you no longer need the filter, you will probably want to clear it to avoid any confusion when viewing your exhibitors (it may appear as if they are missing, when in fact they are simply filtered from your view).  Click the Filter button and select Clear Filter to remove the filter.
