Rate Codes for Registration Groups

1.In the Attendee Registration Group selection grid, click to the highlight the registration group for which you want to create Rate Codes.
2.Click the Rate Codes button to the right of the registration group selection grid.

3.In the Attendee Group Rate Code window that appears, click the New button on the right.

4.The Registration Group Rate Code [New] window appears.

5.You created a master list of standard registration group rate codes earlier in Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 7: Rate Codes, Attendee Registration Rate Codes.
a.To select one of those rate codes, click the Find button next to the Rate Code field.  
b.In the Standard Rate Codes window, select the appropriate rate code and click OK.

c.Back in the Registration Group Rate Code [New] window, the information for that rate code will default into the fields.  You can then change any information as required for this particular registration group.
6.If you want to create an entirely new rate code, enter the information in the fields under the Rate and Criteria tabs.  Refer to Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 7: Rate Codes, Attendee Registration Rate Codes for further instructions.
7.When you are done creating or adjusting the rate code, click Save.  You will return to the Attendee Group Rate Code window.
8.Continue to add as many rate codes as required for this registration group.
9.When you are done adding rate codes for this registration group, click Close in the bottom corner of the Attendee Group Rate Code window.
10.To add rate codes to another registration package, select the registration package from the grid and click the Rate Codes button to the right.  Continue working through the list of registration groups until you have added rate codes to as many as you want.
11.You can also add Rate Codes for each function within the Registration Package.  This will be discussed further below, under Add Group Details to Registration Groups: Attendee Function Rate Codes.
