The Copy Resources feature allows you to quickly and easily copy event resource details from one booked location to another. This tool helps you save time by transferring the details of a successful, existing event to a newly booked event. It offers an easy way to recreate the perfect setup.

You can copy resources from one booked location to another in the same event, or from one event to another.

Find the event to which you want to add resource details and open it in the Event Maintenance screen.  Click on the Detail tab.

Click the Detail Options | Copy Resources.  The Location Resource Copy wizard opens.

Note that as you move through the wizard, you can use the Back buttons at any time to review or change your choices.

1.Step #1: Select the Event that contains the resource(s) you want to copy. By default, the current event will be selected.  You can copy the resources from one booked location to another within the same event.  If you want to copy the resources from a different event, you can search for another event.  To review how to search in a Find window, see Introduction: Common Functions, Finding a Record.  Click to highlight the event from which you want to copy resources.  Click the Next button in the bottom right corner.
