The Enquiries Module is an optional module in EventPro. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Enquiries Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.
1.If you have created an enquiry for this customer (refer to 8: Enquiries, Creating an Enquiry) and now want to create a booking from that enquiry, select the radio button next to Select Existing Enquiry for Selected Company.
2.In the top selection grid, check the Sel box next to the relevant enquiry.
3.The bottom selection grid will display all enquires within the selected Date Range so that you can view other enquiries that may interact with the dates you are booking. Note that enquiries of the status “Lost” will not appear here.
4.If you want to create a new enquiry for the customer now, select the dot next to Create New Enquiry for Selected Company.
5.If you do not want to use or create an enquiry for this event, select the dot next to No Enquiry.
6.Click the Next button to move on to the Event Information screen.
