If you book an event that conflicts with another booking, the conflicting booking will appear in the bottom grid of the New Booking window, under the Conflicts tab.

1.When you have finished booking an event, click Finish. EventPro will check for conflicts. If it finds a conflict, the Warning or Confirm dialog box will appear, informing you that there is a conflict.
2.If it is a Full conflict, what you need to do depends on whether you are allowed to accept full conflicts.
a.If it is a Full conflict and you cannot accept full conflicts, you will not be able to finish the new booking until the conflict is handled.  Click OK in the Warning dialog box.
b.If it is a Full conflict, but your System Settings allow you to accept full conflicts (see Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events), click Yes if you want to continue and accept these conflicts, or No if you want to adjust the location so that there is no conflict.
3.If it is a Warning conflict, click Yes if you want to continue and accept these conflicts, or No if you want to adjust the location so that there is no conflict.
4.You may need to change your new booking or the conflicting event in order to finish your booking.   You do not have to cancel the booking you are currently working with to change the existing event; simply minimize the booking wizard while working in other EventPro screens.
5.Try changing the date, times, location or status of the new booking by using the Location Update button in the New Booking window.  The Location Update changes you make will appear in the event information listed in the upper selection grid of the New Booking window.  If the conflict has been resolved, the Conflict tab will appear empty. If you have not solved the conflict with your changes, you must try changing the new booking again.
6.If you simply want to delete a new booking, click to highlight the location in the upper selection grid of the New Booking window under either the Location(s) tab or the Day(s) tab and click the Delete button.  If you are sure you want to delete the location, click OK in the Confirm box.
7.Once you have resolved the conflict, click Finish again to complete the booking.
