| 1. | The Confirm box appears, asking if you would like to create the booking. At this point, if you click Yes, a Booking Number is created and EventPro records a new booked location. If you are sure you want to create a booking, click Yes. If you are not sure (or were just practicing) click No. |
| 2. | If you click Yes, EventPro will then display the booked event location page. You can use this page to review the event information that you have entered, make any basic alterations if necessary and add detail to the event. |

| 3. | The top grid of the page displays a summary of each event record for quick review. You can click on the Location(s) or Day(s) tab for different views of the information. Scroll sideways to see all of the information. This upper portion represents your Selection Grid; in order to perform any action on any booked location, the booked location must first be highlighted in the selection grid. |
| a. | If you have booked one location on a single day, the selection grid will display one record. |
| b. | If you have booked more than one location, and/or more than one day for a single event, the selection grid will display each record separately. Remember that they will be assigned the same booking number to indicate they are all part of a single event. |
| 4. | The bottom section of the screen displays a series of tabs relating to the booked location highlighted in the top selection grid. |
| 5. | If you would like to split this event into multiple bookings, you can do so now or later in the Event Maintenance screen (see Split Events in Chapter 3). If you want to Split Locations, review the next instructions. You can also make other changes, which are described below: |
