1.The Booking Wizard now opens.
2.Note that with EventPro, you can have more than one booking open at once. Each individual booking will appear as a tab within the New Booking window. This can be helpful if you are in the middle of booking an event and a new customer calls in with a request for another booking. You can start the new booking for the customer on the phone without having to close down the booking you were working on. When you are finished with the customer on the phone, you can return to your original booking and continue where you left off.
3.Also, you can leave the New Booking window open while working elsewhere in EventPro. For example, if you are creating a booking and you require information about a previously booked event, you can minimize the New Booking window and go into the Event Maintenance screen, without having to close down the booking you were working on.
4.Do not worry about making a mistake in the New Booking wizard. While still in the wizard, you can always click the Back button to return to a previous screen. You will also be able to edit your event data later in the last screen of the New Booking wizard or in the Event Maintenance screen.
5.The first step of the Booking Wizard is to enter company and contact information for the event. See Company/Contact Information to continue the booking process.
