1.Select Setup | Resources | Beverage Configuration from EventPro's main menu.

2.Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.

3.Choose whether you want to view a Configuration Group, Configuration, Category or Item:

a.Configuration Group: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top selection grid and click the View button in the top right corner.

b.Configuration: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the View button next to the bottom grid.

c. Category: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the View button next to the bottom grid.  The Beverage Configuration [View Only] window appears.  Select the Category in the bottom left grid and click the View button next to the bottom left grid.

d.Item: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the View button next to the bottom grid.  The Beverage Configuration [View Only] window appears.  Select the Item Code in the bottom right grid and click the View button next to the bottom right grid.

4.The [View Only] window for the selected configuration group or configuration appears. This allows the user to view the information without being able to create, edit or delete it.

5.Click Close when you are done viewing the information.

6.In both selection grids, you can use the View All/View Available button to toggle between viewing all or available groups or configurations.
