Finding Resource Items
If you have a large list of resource items, and cannot find a particular items by scrolling through the list, use the Find button to quickly search for an item.
1.
In the Setup, Staffing, Catering, Beverage or Miscellaneous tab of the Resource Item Setup screen, click the Find button to the right of the bottom selection grid.

The Find Item window opens.

Select a radio button to indicate whether you want to search in Item Codes, Descriptions or both Items Codes and Descriptions.
4.
Begin typing your search term in the Search For field. Matching entries – records that contain the combination of letters you typed in the Search For field – will appear in the selection grid below.
5.
Select the relevant item and click OK.
6.
The item will be highlighted in the Resource Item Setup screen grid.
