1.Select Setup | Resources | Beverage Configuration from EventPro's main menu.

2.Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.

3.Choose whether you want to edit a Configuration Group, Beverage Configuration, Category or Item:

a.Configuration group: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top selection grid and click the Edit button in the top right corner.  The Beverage Configuration Group [Edit] window appears.

b.Beverage Configuration: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the Edit button next to the bottom grid.  The Beverage Configuration [Edit] window appears.

c.Category: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the Edit button next to the bottom grid.  The Beverage Configuration [Edit] window appears.  Select the Category in the bottom left grid and click the Edit button under the bottom left grid.  The Beverage Category [Edit] window will appear.

d.Item: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid.  Click the Edit button next to the bottom grid.  The Beverage Configuration [Edit] window appears.  Select the Item Code in the bottom right grid and click the Edit button under the bottom right grid.  The Beverage Category Detail [Edit] window will appear.

4.Make the changes in the appropriate fields.

5.Click Save to save the new information, or Cancel if you decide to retain the original information.

6.Remember that if the configuration has been used in an event already, a change in the configuration cost/price will not be updated within that event, unless you click the Update Events button in the Beverage Configuration screen.  Review Updating Events in an Effective Date to apply New Beverage Configuration Prices above.

7.Also remember that if you change the costs/price of an item in the beverage inventory, the configurations using the item will not be updated with that change unless you click the Update Config button in the Resource Items screen.  Review Effective Dates for Beverage Configurations above.
