At this stage of the setup procedure you will define all the standard rate codes for Accommodations, Functions, Attendee Registrations, Booths, Exhibitor Registrations and Locations.
When you later enter information for the individual items, you will be able to select a rate code from this master list.
| • | For example, you will create a list of Location Rate Codes here, under Setup | Rate Codes: |
| • | After you have defined the locations (rooms) in your facility, you can choose which rates will apply to each room under Setup | Locations | Location Rates (Step 8: Locations, Applying Location Rates to Locations). |
| • | Finally, when you book a location for an event, EventPro will automatically assign the rate code, but you will also be able to choose the rate code manually (Chapter 2: Create a Booking, Creating a New Booking: Location Defaults and Location Update). |
