Hotel Grades

Hotel Grades provide a rating system for hotels. If you later enter a Hotel company as a Company/Contact, you will be able to select the hotel grade from the list you create now.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu.  From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Hotel Grades.
2.Click the New button in the upper right corner.
3.In the Hotel Grade [New] window that appears, enter the grade.  For example, you may want to use the star rating system commonly used for hotels.
4.Click Save.  Continue this process until you have defined all of the Hotel Grades that you think you will need.
5.To Edit, View or Delete Hotel Grades, see Edit, View or Delete General Lookup Tables below.
