Attendee
Attendee status codes will later help you determine the status of attendees who will be going to an event. For example, you may want to track whether an attendee is invited, accepted, tentative, confirmed or paid. For more information about Attendees, including how to create attendees and attendee registration groups, see Chapter 5: Attendees.
Note that the Attendee Module is an optional module in EventPro. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Attendee Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.
1.
Select Setup | Status Codes from EventPro’s main menu.
2.
In the drop-down list in the top left corner of the Status Codes screen, select Attendee.
3.
Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.
4.
The Status [New] window appears.
5.
Enter the name of an Attendee Status. Examples include “Attended”, “Registered”, “Invited” and “Cancelled”, but you can add as many as you require.
6.
Select a color to represent this status code. Click the Text button to select a text color, and the Back button to select a background color. The Color window opens. If you want to create a custom color, click the Define Custom Colors button. When you have selected the color you want, click OK to return to the Status [New] window.
7.
Under Type, select the status type most appropriate to the code you have identified. For Attendees, there must be at least one “Confirmed” and at least one “Cancelled” type.

When you are done creating the status code, click Save.
