Actions are tasks and responsibilities that need to be performed by EventPro Users or User Groups. Actions can be associated with events, companies, contacts or attendees. See 11: Actions for more information about actions, including how to create actions.
1.Select Setup | Status Codes from EventPro’s main menu.
2.In the drop-down list in the top left corner of the Status Codes screen, select Actions.
3.Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.
4.The Status [New] window appears.
5.Enter the name of an Action Status. Examples include “Completed”, “Scheduled”, “Unscheduled” and “Cancelled”, but you can add as many as you require.
6.Select a color to represent this status code. Click the Text button to select a text color, and the Back button to select a background color. The Color window opens. If you want to create a custom color, click the Define Custom Colors button. When you have selected the color you want, click OK to return to the Status [New] window
7.Under Type, select the status type most appropriate to the code you have identified. For Actions, there must be at least one “Completed” and at least one “Cancelled” type.
8.Select a number with the Item # spin arrows. These numbers determine the order in which the statuses are displayed in the list.
9.When you are done creating the status code, click Save.
