Choose whether you want your logo to appear on printed reports, and, if so, where on the page it prints.
2.
If your company logo includes your address or other contact information, select Print logo at top left report and uncheck Printcompany information on report header, below.
3.
See Logo immediately below for instructions on loading your company logo into EventPro.
Print Company Information on Report Header: Check this box if you want your company information to print on the report header.
2.
Print Company Address/Phone Information on Report Footer: Check this box if you want an address line to appear in footers of reports, between the date and page number.
3.
Print Locations with Cancelled Types: Check this box if you want cancelled-status locations to appear by default on printed reports.
4.
Save Communication Information: Check this box if you want EventPro to remember the Communication Options (Update Communication, Method and Reference) you select for the report the next time you run the report. For example, if you select this checkbox and if you run a Banquet Event Order report for a client, and choose "Email" for the method and "Catering/Beverages" for the reference, the next time you run the Banquet Event Order report, the method and reference will automatically default to "Email" and "Catering/Beverages". This is useful if you often choose the same communication information for the same reports. You will later define Communication References and Communication Methods in the General Lookup Tables.
EventPro has a default gray color scheme for report shading, but you can also create a custom color scheme.
2.
From the Light, Medium and Dark Shading Color drop-down lists, choose the shading colors you want to use.
3.
Double click in the field to access Advanced colors. Later, when you print reports, you can choose this custom color scheme for shading. See Chapter 15: Reports.
