You can also create a Request in EPWeb, which requires less information than creating a new booking.

This is an ideal option for customers who want to enquire about holding a future event at your facility, but do not necessarily know the exact location or date they would like.

1.Click the Request button to go to the Request a Location page.
2.Under Client and Contact Information, enter the client company and company contact’s information. At the very least, you must enter a Client Name, First Name, Last Name and Email Address.  Click Next.
3.Under Event Information, enter as much information as you can for the Event Name, Attendance and Locations/Dates/Times.  This form is fairly unstructured so that the person making the request does not necessarily need to know all of the locations and features of your facility.  For example, under Locations/Dates/Times, the person making the request could enter something like, “Require a location that fits at least 200 people for a dance from approximately 6 p.m. to midnight.  Would like a weekend in May, preferably the 12th.  Also need to rent some decorations – trees, flowers – if available.”  The Event Manager processing the request can use this information to identify an appropriate location and date.
4.Click Next.
5.In the Special Requests Notes, enter any other relevant information about the potential event.  Click Next.
6.Review the summary of the request.
