Add Setup Items to a Location

| 1. | Click the Setup button below the relevant location. |
| 2. | In the New Booking | Setup page, the setup items are listed along the left side of the page. Remember, when you set up your resource items in Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 9: Resources, you chose whether you wanted them to appear on the website. Only items for which you checked the Show on Web box will appear here. |

| 3. | Enter a Quantity for the setup items you want to add to the location. The From and To Times for the setup item will default to the event location times, but you can enter new times if you wish. |
| 4. | Click the Submit button to return to the Event Maintenance page. |
| 5. | When you are done making changes in the Event Information page, ensure that you click the Submit button at the very bottom of the page, even if you have clicked the submit button in another page. |
| 6. | After you click the Submit button, you should see the text “New Booking was Successful”. |
