You may need to export a report to send it to EventPro Software Support.
| 1. | In Report Explorer, select a Report Category and a Report. You can export hard-coded or custom reports. |
| 2. | Click the Export button. |

| 3. | In the Export Report dialog, navigate to the folder in which you want to save the report. When you find it, click Save. |
| 4. | The report will be saved as an .rpt file. |

| 1. | In Report Explorer, select the Custom Reports category, or a custom category you have created. |
| 2. | In the right column, multi-select the reports you want to export by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the relevant reports. |
| 3. | Click the Export button. |
| 4. | The Export Report dialog appears for the first report. Navigate to the correct folder, change the file name if required and click Save. |
| 5. | The dialog will appear again for the next report. Enter the correct information and click Save. |
| 6. | Continue until all of the selected reports have been exported. |
