Accommodation Reports

Some of these reports have other options in addition to the standard report options noted above under Run Reports from Reports Menu.

Lists the rooms that will have occupants checking in during the selected date range.

1.Set the Date Range by selecting dates from the From and To drop-down calendars.
2.Under Report Options, check the boxes if you want to Show Checked In or Show Empty Dates.

Lists the rooms that will have occupants checking out during the selected date range.

1.Set the Date Range by selecting dates from the From and To drop-down calendars.
2.Under Report Options, check the boxes if you want to Show Checked In or Show Empty Dates.

Displays checked-in rooms for the date range, including the Reservation Number, Guests, Phone Number, Room Group, Room Number, Departure Date, Number of Nights, related Booking Number (if associated with an event), Pay and Comments.

2.Under Report Options, check the box if you want to Show Empty Dates.

Lists the rooms that will have occupants checking in and checking out during the selected date range, and inserts a cleaning requirement at set intervals.

1.Set the Date Range by selecting dates from the From and To drop-down calendars.
2.Under Report Options, check the box if you want to Show Empty Dates.
3.Enter the number of days you want between cleanings if the reservation lasts more than one day, and enter the term you want to use, e.g. cleaning, refresh, etc.  For example, you could enter Mark 2 consecutively booked days as REFRESH.

Remember that in the reports you run, if there are accommodation bookings linked to events, you can only view those accommodations that are linked to events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.
