1.Click on the Print button to the right of the Communications tab. This may be in the top or bottom section of the window, depending on the screen in which you are working.
2.The Communication Log Options window appears. Edit the Report Title if you want (this title appears in the top right corner of the report).

3.Choose the type of Report Shading you want.
a.Gray: The default EventPro gray scheme, which is suitable for black and white printing.
b.Color: The custom color scheme you created earlier in System Settings (review 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Reports).
c.Designed: The color scheme set up in the report layout in the Report Designer. If you choose this option, EventPro will not modify the color scheme as it appears in the report layout.
d.Off: No report shading.
4.If you want to limit the communications that appear in the report, click the Filter button in the bottom left corner. The Filter Criteria window appears. To review how to create a filter, see Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter. Set your filter and click OK.
5.Click OK. The Print window appears.
a.Choose your destination: Printer, Screen, File or Email.
b.Different fields will appear, depending on the destination you chose. Fill out the fields as necessary.
c.Click OK.
6.The Communication Log will be printed.
